The
youth organisation Streetwork set up Dash as
an innovative way of introducing young people
to the working environment.
Selling Fair Trade coffee, it's first kiosk is in a bustling, cosmopolitan square
at the heart of Edinburgh's business district and a customer loyalty scheme encourages
return business.
The energetic coffee bean characters were designed to specifications from the
young staff members to increase their sense of ownership and they will continue
to be consulted as the identity develops.
